The Brands at the Ranch will consist of two components separated by Interstate 25: The lifestyle-oriented Brands at the Ranch, and the power center, Brands at the Ranch West. The two projects will be developed concurrently bringing 2.6 million square feet of commercial space to Northern Colorado.

Brands West provides the opportunity for growth on the western side of I-25, fully incorporated into the Brands at the Ranch, but incorporating a new class of tenant along with light manufacturing.
