The Brands at the Ranch will consist of two components separated by Interstate 25: The lifestyle-oriented Brands at the Ranch, and the power center, Brands at the Ranch West. The two projects will be developed concurrently bringing 2.6 million square feet of commercial space to Northern Colorado.
The Brands at the Ranch will be a pedestrian-friendly, outdoor experience, fully integrated with multifamily, office, retail, hospitality and entertainment that incorporates sculptures and fountains into the overall experience.
